When you contact us

The contact and quote form asks for your name, email address, message and selected topic. You may also provide your company, phone number, proposed timing and inspiration links. We use this information to reply and, where relevant, prepare a contract. Form submissions reach us by email; this website does not create a separate customer database from the form.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Article 6(1)(f)). We cannot process a submission without the required fields. To prevent form abuse, the sender's IP address is kept in server memory for no more than 15 minutes.

Retention: we keep general enquiries for 1 year after closure and correspondence relating to contractual discussions for 5 years after closure, unless a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention.

Cookies and website analytics

Cookies necessary for the website to work do not require consent. Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept statistics cookies in the cookie panel; it does not start if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Page-view and device/browser data may be sent to Google. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google Signals on this website. If you withdraw consent, we stop further measurement and delete accessible Analytics cookies from your browser; data previously sent is not automatically erased from Google's systems.

The retention period for Analytics event and user data depends on the GA4 property setting; standard Google properties offer a choice of 2 or 14 months. This is separate from the cookies' lifetime in your browser.

Who may receive your data?

Hosting, infrastructure and email providers involved in operating the website and email service may process data as needed to provide those services. If you allow statistics, Google is also a recipient. Google services may transfer data outside the European Economic Area; Google's published transfer safeguards apply to such transfers.

What are your rights?

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your personal data, and data portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
